Brad Graves has posted great post “Young Leaders or Young Bloggers” at http://www.churchlaunchers.blogspot.com/ in which he examines the young blogger phenomenon in the SBC.

As I read many of these blogs, I too wonder how many of these guys are pastoring a church. Blogging has become a great communication tool where we can share information, but many people use blogging to crack on how everybody else is doing it wrong and how it should be done right. It’s one thing to be twenty something and taking shots at people or your denomination and it is another to be leading people in the trenches. There will several hundred guys show up at the Young Leaders Conference during the SBC, but I wonder how many of them are really leaders, not wannabes.
